No, there are absolutely no charges or costs until after you've decided to move forward with an order and we've signed the contract to begin the build.

• Installment 1 - 30% After we conduct the onsite visit, and signed the contract is executed
• Installment 2 - 30% After the slab is poured and completed
• Installment 3 - 30% After materials bundled package delivers to site
• Installment 4 - 10% After the shed is fully constructed and the scope of work is completed

We will need full driveway access to have the palletized materials bundle delivered to the site. We typically will have our crew onsite the same day or the following morning to unpackage the materials and move them to the back yard to be staged for construction

• Generally speaking, we allot for about 4 weeks from the time we sign a contract to the time your shes is ready for use - weather permitting
• Week 1 - underground utilities identified and marked
• Week 2 - slab completed
• Week 3 - materials delivered to site
• Week 4 - shed constructed

Our preferred method of payment is bank check, however we do accept multiple forms of payment including credit cards (which do carry a service charge fee) and other types of electronic payments.

Yes, most HOA's require approval which we will help facilitate

Landscaping is not included in the scope of work, however, we do offer some basic landscaping packages as an option that can be added to the scope.
